At Saacid Cargo, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of the personal data we have collected from you through our WhatsApp messaging service.

What Data We Collect and Store

When you interact with us on WhatsApp for shipping updates and support, we may store:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your shipment history and tracking information
  • The content of our message conversations

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your personal data from our systems, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to our support team at: admin@sacidshipping.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. In the body of the email, please provide:
    • Your full name
    • The phone number you used to contact us on WhatsApp

This information is necessary for us to accurately locate your data in our systems.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once we receive your request:

  1. We will confirm receipt of your request within 3-5 business days.
  2. We will process your request and permanently delete all your personal data from our active databases and systems within 30 days.

Please note that some data may be retained in our backup systems for a limited period as part of our standard disaster recovery procedures. This data is securely isolated and will be deleted in the next scheduled backup cycle.
